Shopify plans (Free and Standard) are billed through Shopify. Connect your store, pick a plan on Shopify's pricing page, and the quota applies automatically. Enterprise plans are managed with our team — contact us and we set everything up for your shop.
On Free, orders past the 500-order limit are saved but locked for packing until you upgrade — so you never lose an order. On Standard there is no order limit: every order stays packable and each created order is billed as usage through Shopify. Enterprise has a custom quota.
Standard usage counters reset every 30 days on a rolling window from your start date. Enterprise resets the same way. Free includes 500 orders that never reset, so it is ideal for trying PackerGO with zero risk.
